Breathe and Move with me for this Spring Reset! 14-days of practice.
30 minute morning pick me up!
Inspiration from our Food is Medicine Course at Luna y Sol Sanctuary is pulling me forward to offer this 14-day challenege for 630am asana practice beginning on Monday, May 1st!
I am devoting this practice specifically for people who are close to me with mental health challenges like depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress and who are suffering greatly from this daily struggle. I pray that this devotional service may offer some relief for their present experience.
This will be a short practice for 30 minutes--it is said that even a short practice can bring significant benefits with regular routined engagement. This is to support a physiological reset. Let's monitor what changes we notice with daily practice of movement and breath with meditation.
Please let me know in advance if you know you will need adjustments to the practice based on your current condition.
Please check with your doctor before engaging in any physical practice of yoga especially if you know you have underlying health or physical challenges.
If you are menstrutating, listen to your body on what feels good and what does not.
If you are a human in a physical body, pay attention to your body, listen and please practice ahimsa in your practice, which translates to 'do no harm' 'do not harm any living thing' --practice listening to your body so as to not harm.
Each day is different, let's approach with curiousity.
