About the Event
This class is for beginner's who are curious about yoga practice, meditation, and how breath can shift your energy and physical and mental-emotional well-being.
We will tap into movement grounded in breath.
Each week this Spring, we will learn a skill to enhance our practice into wellness.
I offer this practice over the next 3 months as a service of love for wellness to the community & to support funding for the nonprofit-Luna y Sol Sanctuary-501c3.
